In-Home
The In-Home Support Services (IHSS) are carefully designed to promote independence and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities, while supplementing the primary care of their unpaid caregivers. We handle all logistics, from transportation and accommodation to tours and dining reservations, so you can enjoy a hassle-free adventure. This is typically a 1:1 service.
Eligibility
- Diagnosis of Developmental Disability
- Live in your own home or family home
- FIS or CL Waiver
- In need of supports less than 24 hours a day
Community Engagement
Our Community Engagement service offers specialized support to individuals with developmental disabilities to enhance their social skills, independence, and overall quality of life in the community. Our team helps match activities to your skill level and desired activities, ensuring an exciting yet safe experience. This service is provided with 1 to 3 participants.
